Missing SD card error only if AMS connected

Hello everyone,

My A1 Combo has been on strike for 1.5 weeks now. The BambuLab Studio claims that the MicroSD card is missing. On the A1 itself, the SD card is recognized and can be formatted. I have tried everything and can definitely rule out a defective SD card. I reset the printer to factory settings without success. I have reinstalled the BambuLab Studio several times and on different PCs, without success. One day later I had the idea to unplug the AMS. Without the AMS connected, I can print normally again, but only in one color. As soon as I reconnect the AMS (regardless of which of the two ports), the BambuLab Studio again reports that the MicroSD card is missing and I therefore cannot start printing.

I have already opened a ticket, but due to the Chinese festivities I do not expect a prompt reply.

Do you have any ideas or who has had the same problem?

Hello,
Have you tried changing the port to connect your AMS?
Have you tried another recent SD card if possible?

Hello Thomas,

Please donā€™t be angry with me, but I have already described all of this in the initial post. I can rule out the SD card. I have tried 3 different ones (32GB, 64GB, 400GB) and formatted them cleanly with FAT32, sometimes via Windows, sometimes via extra tools and then also in the printer. Even if I swap the SD cards between the A1Mini and the A1, the error remains and the Mini can print with the ā€œsupposedly missingā€ SD card.

Moin. Um das Thema abzuschlieƟen. Nach dem Tausch des Mainboards war das Problem behoben.
