What would cause text to go missing between the prepare and preview screens?

Often, it is caused by trying to print features thinner than the line width, but then why is the other text OK?
Sometimes, using the Arachne wall generator instead of Classic will correct borderline problems.

I have had this same issue. I made a Veteran keychain with an American flag on it. Half the stars just didn’t print. Doesn’t make sense!
