Model stuck on verify

I submitted a model today. It’s a specialized fan mount for a PC add-on card. It includes the .3MF, the .STL, photographs of the actual print, screenshots of the CAD model, and a complete description—everything they ask for.

It was submitted about 10 hours ago. It still says “Verifying” and won’t let me revoke the submission. Is this normal?

It seems to be normal lately. Give it a full 24 hours then put in a ticket.

I’ve had it happen occasionally. It seems to happen when something is tripping up their checks. In one case it was a model with wood texture applied to the mesh which made it too complicated for the tests. It would just sit in verifying. IIRC, prime towers were also an issue for the online checks stalling out. But could be anything.

Thanks, I opened a ticket yesterday. It’s been 24 hours. No movement on either front yet. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

What wound up happening here?

Also wondering. I just submitted a model and it’s now stuck in verifying. Pretty much plain vanilla with nothing that the verification process should object to. Been in 15 minutes at this writing.

It can’t have anything to do with all the AI models now hitting the site, can it?

FWIW, I uploaded a model yesterday and it took 12 hours for verification.

After about 36 hours it finally sent me what was wrong. I had a non std PETG filament selected in the profile. Heaven forbid I not use theirs. I changed it and resubmitted. About 30 hours later it flowed.

Those types of warnings used to be immediate.

That’s what I would have expected. Roughly 5 days is ridiculous. Next time I’ll just put on Prusas site.

11 hours and counting here. :skull: The temptation to stop and double check everything is strong…

I have a link in mine and thought I’d take it out and try to see if maybe it’s the issue.

I tried to revoke and got the message “system reviewing, revocation unavailable”.

Update - it finally posted.

So something is wrong with the intake server. 12 hours is kind of a backlog.
