Models keep getting taken down

As a guy who creates print profiles for models that have only an STL, I find this very infuriating. I even give all the points to the model creator. Whoever keeps reporting and taken down all my models, even the ones I have created myself, I want to know why.

Why are they being removed? Do they have a real photo added?

This post sounds like you believe you’re addressing Bambu Labs. While this is their forum, it’s actually the Bambu Community, made up of fellow printer enthusiasts who are just as unhappy with Bambu as you seem to be at the moment. Rarely, if ever, is there evidence that they read these messages, and one almost never sees a response.

I feel your pain but complaining here is like pissing in the wind. You would be better served by opening a support ticket, waiting two minutes for their bot to respond—stating they will have an answer in 48 hours, admonishing you for not including your log files, and finally warning you not to open a new ticket while thanking you—and then waiting another 4–8 weeks for a human to ask you to send them your logs again. It’s a very efficient system (he says with dripping sarcasm😠).

They tend to give a reason for taking models down, which can be reinforced on appeal, it appears that they are getting round to manually removing duplicates that offer no substance changes to models

Update: Due to the other user having more models and prints then me, they won’t listen to anything I have to say.

It certainly doesn’t work that way. I remember being level 5 or 6 with no models at all and they “listened”.
They usually give a reason why print profiles were removed, what did they say? I have a strange feeling that this is about photos.

At first they said it was the pictures but then on second look after they saw that I had pictures, it was due to “not enough model downloads”.

Sounds like an impossible thing for me. If that’s what they really said, I would definitely appeal, maybe someone missed something .

How long were the models up? There are models that have been up for over a year with zero downloads. Can you post a screen shot showing that?

That’s an incredibly bold claim, if you have a screenshot of proof I’m sure we’d all love to see that.
