I feel like this is a very stupid question but I cannot find anything about it anywhere!
I need to unclog the nozzle but the print head is over the poop chute. I have repeatedly tried to use the app controls to move it but it does nothing. What am I missing?
I assume if I turn off the unit I can move it manually, but I need the nozzle hot to get the clog out.

During print pause, you cant move the print head.
I had canceled the print but it was all still behaving as if it was paused.
I ended up turning it off and back on.
Then restart should do the trick.

If you paused it and it parked over the chute, then you’ll have to cancel the print. If it still doesn’t move I would cut off and move manually to where you need it, then turn on and heat the nozzle from there. If the clog is in the nozzle and you have a heat gun you can use that to warm the filament. Don’t forget to check the extruder as well.
