I just connected the H2C to my network and started my very first print. Slicing and sending data to the printer appears to work.
However when I go to the Multi-device tab in Bambu Studio, I am only seeing my older printers (A1 and X1C). I do not see an option to add the new H2C to the list of devices.

Just noticed the same thing after enabling. I hope this is fixed soon.
Nothing new, still not showing H2D either:
I’m trying to easily print to both devices, but I’ve run into a limitation. I’ve enabled the Multi-Device feature, and only my P1S shows up in the list—H2D is missing. Both devices are not set to LAN Only, and I’ve confirmed they’re online.
Are there known limitations with H2D and Multi-Device support? Or is there something else I might be missing? Being able to manage multiple devices from one interface is a huge time-saver. If H2D isn’t supported yet, knowing would help avoid time troubleshoo…
I am having the same problem.
Same issue here, H2C and X1 show up, H2C does not, eve though its showing up just fine on the “Device“ tab
I sent a bug report ticket to Bambu support. They replied stating the H series is not supported on the Multi-Device. They didn’t say if it would be in the future or not.
no luck with my H2D or H2DPro, but my P2S shows up!
Just had an update to Studio and crossed my fingers!
Alas, no joy
I opened a support ticket about the H2D.
I have a 2 H2C and 2 P2S. It is nice being able tin see the status in one place. The H2D should be there also!

Same here. Only PS1, No H2D
My results are wierd, I show my older P1S and 1 H2C, but the other one may as well not exist. LAN mode is off, did you ever get this resolved?
Nevermind, I just checked again and it now only shows the P1S. Same as you, otherwise.
If anyone has gotten this resolved, what did you have to do?

Nope. I can’t find my H2D. Thank goodness I found this thread or else I’d still be pulling my hair out!
pretty sure the newer printers are not supported by multi device monitoring. Here is the github issue still opened for H2C
