This is confusing. Are these actually illegal in the US? Please clarify. Why would importing them be different than importing anything else from Canada?
Just a reminder. He has lots to resolve and the US issue is just one of many. The official launch is fast approaching and he is actively trying to solve the US issue at the same time.
Give him that time.
Remember, the problem may not be America itself, but, getting them from the exporting country and into the importing question and or business setup.
These are guesses as he has asked for patience.

My point is this.
There is a reason, he can’t comment on it or doesn’t want to comment on it and said he will not be discussing the American issue until he has an answer.
Whatever the reason behind it, he stated exactly how much he wishes to currently disclose.
You may think you have a reason around it or you are simply curious or even eager, I don’t know.
The key here is, no info means no info.

I’m just asking him to clarify what he has already said. There is a big difference between “we don’t ship to the US because of legal reasons” and “you’ll risk going to jail if you take one across the border.” Is one of the parts made out of rhino horn? Is it studded with blood conflict diamonds? Has it been assembled by slave labor in North Korea? Is it radioactive?

IMHO, Dill owes noone any further explanation, he had enough stuff to do. And those who can’t stand that they are been told “Not now, please be patient, I am working on it” maybe you should just let him proceed. No need to be angry or sarcastic, no info means no info.

Nobody is obliged to send to any country, if they say they can’t, then that’s the way it is for now. If you can’t cope with it, that’s not your problem to begin with.
