I solved the gaps by changing first layer flow ratio to 1.04!
But jow as you can see ( more on the plate) there is some black pla mixed in de otner colors. Its not just behind so i can remove, its mixed…
Any idea to prevent this?

It’s hard to judge without seeing the full print, but my guess is that due to the higher flow ratio, there is some filament build up on your nozzle that drops at some point and gets fused into your print. Maybe a little less flow could help. You could also observe the nozzle while printing the first and maybe second layer if your gap problem reappears with this change. That way, you can pause at any point and remove the filament buildup.
Ohh, and of course make sure that your build plate is clean when you start your print. But I’m sure you already did that.
Thanks for the image, looks good!
I guess the black border is being printed first and concentric that leads to a higher chance of buildup due to the long movements.
Good luck with your next try!
other prints have it too.
Any ideas if i can tweak some settings? slower speed first layers? more unfill black before color change?
Thanks!
Did you check if there is filament residue on the nozzle and maybe also under the sock? That’s where filament usually has a chance of building up. There are some post that reported an improvement once they placed a piece of PTFE tape on top of the filament wiper arm. (Sliced open on the side)
Maybe worth a try.
