Multiple Account/Logins in Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy

100% would like this added. Raise3D has this in their eco system, no reason we can’t have it as well.

i second this motion too, i have several family member who i would like they have access to the 3d printer not through mine account but through one of their own, which may manage their own preferences and settings for the printer,

Sadly this, and a few other polish issues, are why Bambu will never get to the level Prusa is at. At our Makerspac, we have 2 Creality Ender 3s, 2 Prusa MK3s, 1 Prusa MK4, and an X1c. The X1c has inconsistent issues so no one will use it. And, even if they wanted to, only I can check it remotely because only I can login to it. So unless you’re near the printer, it’s just an expensive paper weight. Wont go into the other issues with it, but the lack of multi-user support is a big no-go for our 400 makers. And our people with print farms wont use them for the same reasons (mainly lack of multi-user). We are regretting our purchase with the x1c and should have gotten 2 more MK4s for the same price.

For what it’s worth, I would also love this feature, to share the work printer with colleagues easier.

I’m really baffled that multi account support doesn’t exist. This is a serious usability issue. I would not have purchased my P1S if I’d known it lacked such basic functionality.

Seems like an easy fix with a lot of need and demand, it’s been over a year, has there been any response to this?

This does sound like an excellent feature request, especially when a work environment or home environment shares printers.

We just setup a second X1E and it would be great for multiple users or workstations to assist in scheduling and monitoring prints.
I’m so glad that Bambu Studio can control multiple devices.

Totally agree, it would be great if you can have multiple profiles. When you start up BambuStudio, it simply asks you what account to use and of you go!

Working with 3D printers at work and home means always switching from accounts.

I also would like to be allowed to have multiple logins as both my husband and I do jobs. Even having it work over local area network in the house, so we don’t have to keep logging out and running to the machine to get a new pin every time

I second this. We just purchased a 1XE, paid the extra for the ‘enterprise’ version, and just now realizing we can only have one user logged in at a time. Not very enterprising!

Also quite surprised and disappointed that Bambu has not weighed in on this thread, even to say this is not something they can do. It’s been 2 years! Or do they not usually monitor the threads? New to Bambu, and this is my first post so not sure.

I agree, this is quite disappointing.

So we have a X1 carbon in my office and I am trying to figure out an easier way for people to connect to our 3D printer. Does anyone know if Bambu Studio is able to stay logged in and paired to the printer across multiple Windows accounts on the same computer? Essentially we would have a computer in our office dedicated to the 3d printer but want people to sign in with their Windows login within our company domain, and then be able to open Bambu Studio with all of the settings already set and printer paired.

Same here. We paid extra for the Enterprise version assuming it would manage multiple users. I hope there are enhancements in the near future for this. We absolutely love the machine otherwise.

No any official reply from admin?
Since this is a essential function for all these user above, could you give any schedule to implement this function?
