I need to print some cardboard spool adapters, 8 of them. Obviously each one fills the build plate. So in Bambu Handy I set 8 copies. After a copy is printed the app just returns to the normal page and I need to click print again to get the next copy. But, the number of copies has returned to 1. What is the point of be how many copies option as it seems to do nothing, unless I am missing something?
And we move on to my next frustration, why does the filament need unloading when I have set multiple copies? Surely if the printer knows it is just re-renting the last item, why does the AMS unload the filament then have to reload it for the next copy which involves another levelling and shake of deafness calibration as well as another wasteful poop. Anyone would think Bambu just want to use up more filament so they can sell you more.
