My 1 month old X1C started yelling HELP

As the title says, I’ve had my A1c for about a month and last evening went to go start a PRINT and it kind of screamed at him at me so I went this morning and did maintenance clean the screws. Remove them wiped off the extra rod left to right And started the print again and I’m still getting the noise sometimes louder than other times Sounds it’s making But louder in reality, you’ll hear the jumps

Well, I definitely won’t download any videos and i think you talk about the X1C.

At the end, don’t forget to do the self-test to recalibrate and to avoids the tricky areas.

Sounds to me like the nozzle is hitting your infill. What type of infill are you using? Grid is very noisy. Alternative could be gyroid!

I don’t hear anything out of the ordinary.
Some models, like those with round holes, tend to produce weird sounds. Some geometry can hit resonance of some parts of the printer and also produce weird sounds. Those usually mean nothing.
You can get a scraping sound from some infill types (like grid - don’t use it), though printing with gyroid can sound alarming as well
It’s just a fast moving machine. There are many things on it that can oscillate, vibrate or wiggle a bit and that’s normal, and you can get a new noise every now and then that either continues or disappears.
You should of course check that everything is in place, no displaced covers, belts don’t feel noticeably loose, nozzle doesn’t wiggle and stuff like that, but unless you notice some printing problems you are probably fine.

Sorry thanks for the reply I figured it out it needed to be lubed again I’ve been pushing it pretty hard
