I’ve seen many variations of AMS mods that help reduce the angle that the filament enters the feeder funnel. None of them do exactly what I wanted so worked on this little mod. It prints quickly and doesn’t use much material… I’m using TPU for the flexible portion but flexible PLA should be fine too. Here is a link in case anyone is interested in testing and/or poking holes in the concept.
I have been running this for a few days now and have had no issues but a bigger sample size would be welcomed.
