I now want to share my experience with my P1P with you.
It’s my first 3D printer and I haven’t had any experience with it before. I really wanted the X1CC so badly, but it wasn’t immediately available at the time, so I got the P1P. I don’t regret the purchase so far and am very happy with it. My prints were and are perfect to this day, except for the nozzle that was clogged through my own fault, I had no problem. I completely housed my P1P and have printed PLA, PLA-CF, ABS, PET-CF, ASA and PETG so far. I also have an AMS system and will buy a second one. I look forward to your questions and suggestions
Look good and I am glad everything is going well with you. Too often on this forum we just hear from the doom-and-gloomers who make up a very small minority of the consumers.
Though I never thought I would say this to another human being, I like your poop chute.
And am I the only one who thinks that first vertical framed pic reminds me of an opening scene of a horror movie? I am waiting for some long blacked hair girl to crawl out of the printer or monitor.
Many thanks, yes, unfortunately, people report so little when things are going well, which is why the negative reports are piling up. Yes, I made my ppopchute because I didn’t get it right and I didn’t always want to push my printer forward. now it falls by itself in a container under my table
for an AMS and a 2nd incoming that poop shute is way to small…the amount of waste filamnet is really huge…see what can fit in that corner and print one of the bigger models…i have a semi sized oneand with a bigger 4 colour print i had to empty it twice
You might want to look at your purge settings if a 4-color print produced that much waste. How many filament changes did you have?
thats cool indeed…but even that bucket is so fast full…thats why i rarely use multicolor…as even in multicolor the prints look 2D…i have lots of colours and a airbrush…its faster for me to print in one colour and paint it
my model had 4 times your volume
and even then all colours bleeded into the white…after all i painted it.
Honestly…most PArts with more than 2 colours(signs etc) are toys or just gimmicks…with no real use except show that the printer can do and with them im much faster and with much better result if u use my airbrush.
I use the AMs for Convenience and Multimaterial for support filament
Nice! Where did you get the panels from or the files for the panels?
I Printed the Minimimal Enclosure for P1P first, then i measured the free space and ordered custom-made acrylic glass from the internet. I put the link to the enclosure who you can read under makes how i make it.

Thank you, i"m gonna look into that Minimal Enclosure.
I know what you mean. After some days of thinking I have decided to buy “only” a P1P. And me too, I’m very happy with this machine. Before the P1P, I had an used original Ender 3 to learn about the 3D printing thing. And I liked it so much. But I wanted to design and create on things and not waste my time with configuring and leveling the printer. And the P1P let me do what I want: Design and create useful things!
I have got something close to this, but mine the p1p back sits even with the back edge of desk with a 5 gallon bucket below it.I think at this point great machine worked great right out of the box after setup and in fact the wife has printed more with it then I have lol.
