My H series printers are dying

In just one week I have had an H2D and a H2C fail with the same problem. (Left hand toolhead temperature control malfunction) The H2D has done just over 6000 hours and the H2C 3100 hours.

(Also had a P2S coincidently need the same part also this week, but that was because there was a nozzle clog that was not detected and the printer virtually ripped the hotend off, again not covered by warranty!!! but thats another story)

These printers are part of my print farm and are work horses running 24/7. Anyone else had such errors?

Support just do the basics, and make you pay for the new part, clearly flouting UK consumer laws as per usual. I dont have the time to argue the point, I just pay the £30 and get a new part.

Is this a sign of things to come, do the toolheads on the H series printers fail after a certain amount of hours.

Would be interesting to see if anyone else has experienced these issues.
