My new X2D combo is the worst printer I have ever owned

I tried that, and it’s not the issue sadly

My printer is currently at Marvle3d getting tested and fixed, and they are the one dealing with BL, because they are a retailer, bambu is supplying the parts because its ultimately their problem, but marvel3d is held responsible by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, so there is a good bit of motivation for getting it fixed!

I have nothing to add useful but am posting to follow this thread and wish you the best of luck. I hope they get this squared away for you quickly. Bambu have been the best printers by far that I have owned. My H2D had issues when I first got it. Most of it turned out to be software issues that caused damage to the printer and all was fixed with parts from BL and software updates. This printer has now been running absolutely solid since the last repair (about 3 months after launch). I wish Bambu was a US company just for the tech support aspect alone.

They do not really need to be US company to provide local support. Just a bit better organization and they can make local centers everywhere either direct or via partners. But most probably as it is is better for them. And without good competition they do not really care.

Hey guys, quick update: I just saw the Service Notice for AMS 2 Pro Feeder Unit and I have a suspicion that my AMS was affected by this fault, because I ordered it on 20th of May and it arrived a week later, which may have meant it was manufactured in the timeframe of the factory fault, which could have caused some of the ams issues? Please let me know what you think, as I am not an expert on AMSs.
