My nozzle probes up to 10 times on one spot

Same slice, always different probe points spots and sometimes up to 10 times on one spot.

Anyone encountering this ?
It was working great until now.

3 days old X1C.

I have not but maybe a bad bed sensor or the sensor wire harness from the bed to the board or a loose connection you can check.

Open a support ticket asap.

I will do that right now. Thanks!:pray:t2:

Mine did this exact thing this morning. It probed a different number of times in each location, sometimes up to ten times. There was a strand of stray filament stuck to the nozzle, hitting the bed. I canceled the print, removed it with tweezers, and everything returned to normal.

Speculation: it wasn’t getting a clean signal from the nozzle-to-bed contact, and it was increasing the number of repetitions, either averaging or waiting for multiple consistent readings.

Exact same scenario for me a few weeks back.

hey guys! I know it’s an old thread, but my X1C just did this (14 probes at the same place to be exact), googled it and ended up here, and it was for the same reason. Wanted to say thanks! :metal:t2:
