I received my P1S around 2 Weeks ago. First week it printed just Awesome.
After 1 Day of not printing anything, because I was at work, the Problems begun.
Scratching sound while it moves the X-Axis. With some clicking sound every now and then, First layer suddenly looked horrible. I could get a good first layer, by altering the Machine profile, so that it goes just 0.03 mm closer to the Bed instead of the 0.04 as it does normally with the textured PEI.
The mentioned sound is sometimes there, sometimes not, but the Printer now started to show a wobbly surface, (a bit like VFA) but on all Axis.
It started stringing, very fine, no matter what Filament I use, even new and dried Spools.
Is it that, what you get for 1000€ ? Even a MK3s would be better in terms of quality.
I think the Device has a big Problem with its motion System, but I can’t figure what the Problem is exactly.
I want to replace the Machine, or try some fixes that Bambu suggests before that. But The Support does not answer. First Ticket is now over 8 Days old.
Do Bambu think they can ignore us until we cant send the Unit Back in the 14-Day-Window ?
I feel really frustrated and scammed. 1000€ Unit prints like ■■■■ and the Support does not even answer…
