My print bed is being damaged during normal printing cycle

This happens every time. The more I print, the deeper the scratches. Looks like something is not OK.
FW 1.04.01.00

That is normal.

While the printer does this, the temperature is reduced to 140°C and the scratching is done so that the tip is 100% clean for the bed leveling.

Thank you. I think babmu team should describe this in QA section. Looks pretty terrifying

It is noted in the store:

“Before self-leveling, it is necessary to repeatedly rub the nozzle in the special wiping area of the build plate to completely remove any residual material at the tip of the nozzle. The coating in the special-designed wiping area will gradually become worn over time. This is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle life, so there is no need to worry about any quality issues.”
