So I’ve had my printer for almost a week now and apart from one incidence where it aborted 15 hours into a 17 hour print due to read/write error on SD card(i’ve bought a new SD card since) it has worked flawlessly. Earlier today I was admiring how great it put down the first layer of a print. Now a couple of hours ago bambu studio alerted me of an update, so I updated. Now I have a worrying error ‘storage abnormal’ in the device tab and if I try to print anything the first layer is not adhering to the bed. I have tried formatting the SD card, taking it out and putting it back in again. Restarting bambu studio. But nothing has worked. Any advice? Thanks.
Try doing a reset to factory settings. That has worked for me in the past.

Thanks for the reply. The issue seems to be fixed now. I rolled back to previous version of the slicer which fixed the ‘abnormal storage’ issue but was still noticing my first layer wasn’t sticking properly. I had previously cleaned it with alcohol spray. After doing some digging I tried cleaning with soapy water instead and that seems to have fixed it!
