My purchases are not listed in my profile

I have purchased products multiple times - obviously under the name / profile, but only one has ever shown up.

  • Any idea what the problem is?
  • I note that MW don’t provide any method for contact other than this forum.

Im am just talking out loud here hoping something I say helps,

Are you logging in to BambuLab.com ? If I am correct you have 3 seperate loggins one for the forums one for Makerworld and one for BambuLab.com.

Go to bambulab.com and click on “store” then login, then mouse over your avatar and click account center.

When I go to account center I can see my purchases.
Can you have the same login for Maker World - I’d be happy to use just the one.

Well thats where you’ll see them, if you’re expecting MW to list your owned devices it doesn’t, you can manually enter them in your bio if you really want, when sending jobs it will only list the devices you have linked to your account

No, I don’t expect them to list devices.
The problem was until today only one purchase was listed and without their order # it was impossible to track delivery without going to sabed emails and copy pasting the number - giving email should suffice. Today following your instructions all the orders are there.

I believe you can use the same login info, but it is 3 separate websites so you have to login to each,
