Needing help with P1P

Needing help with a P1P, only 7 days old. Nothing will stick to the textured or cool super tack plates. Plates have been scrubbed and de-greased.
Tried the glue and hairspray, still doesnt help.

The Bambu PLA supplied + Elegoo PETG Rapid just not playing ball. Have done several calibrating and auto levelling, to no avail.

So far Ive only had 1 successful test print on this printer and dozens of failed.
The only successful one was when I just setup the printer.

Also have a Flashforge 5x and Neptune 4 max, Ive never had so much hassle until this brand

I ca’t speak to a P1P directly as I have a P1S, but in general the Bambu Lab printers generally do run right out of the box. That is not to discount your problem at all. You have a problem, it happens.

Can you post some pictures of your failures. Prints can fail in a multitude of ways and the type of failure drives the solution almost always.
I would use up your BL filament because the BL filament is designed to run on BL printers and the settings in Bambu Studio will optimize the BL filament.
Do you have an AMS?
People occasionally buy 3rd party hardware and hang it on their printer and that can cause problems too, but your description doesn’t sound like that is the case here.

What constitutes scrubbed and degreased? New build sheets are not clean by any stretch. Scrubbed as it relates to the gold textured BL plate means a scrub brush and some flavor of degreasing soap or other degreasing agent.
My routine is to use a straight degreaser, hose down the build plate, then hit my smooth plate with a Scotchbrite scouring pad.

The open frame may cause issues with some materials but PLA should be fine.
You do not want to do things to the BL printer that you might consider part of the normal process for your other printers. That is probably one of the worst things a new BL printer owner can do is to apply rules that may be valid on your Flashforge or Neptune printer.
If you have tweaked settings in Studio or done anything to the BL printer because you do it on your other printers, undo all that.

Have you verified the heated bed is working?

Update…

Updated my firmware to 01.06 was on 01.05, now prints are sticking.
Also my camera has started to work and I can access my storage model files
