Needs two AMS units to print using both nozzles

Hi All,

Doing a little research here. So, if I want to do a multicolor print on the H2D and take advantage of both nozzles (red in one nozzle, white in another, for example), I need two AMS units. Is that correct? Thanks!

You can have one AMS and one feeding from external spool or AMS HT.

You can use two external spools if you wish.

All external

  • Left: External
  • Right: External

One external

  • Left: External
  • Right: AMS/AMS HT

Both types of AMS

  • Left: AMS HT
  • Right: AMS

I am unsure if the left or right matters which thing you connect.

When reading AMS, this means either AMS or AMS Pro 2, it also means any number of daisy-chained AMS units up to a maximum of four.

They say you can have up to eight AMS HT units and any combination of up to four AMS/AMS Pro 2 units providing a maximum of 24 colours.

I would like to see how those get placed around the printer though.
