Network Plugin Update Today, Can't Send Prints, SSl -3100

I woke up to a finished print I loaded up Bambu studio and was greeted with a network plugin update. I installed and and now My prints don’t send. Error code is SSL -3100. It keeps trying to send the print you see the progress bar get nearly done and the data sent then fails and retries.

Restarted printer, restarted PC, tried Orca instead, Sent print to printers SD card (works) Loaded print from within Bambu studio Device tab by selecting the sent print on the SD card and the correct AMS slot and am printing. I can not send prints directly from Bambu to print.

Everything seems to work but directly printing. I can watch the camera feed, see the printer status ect.

In the past I’ve had to force close Microsoft Teams as there is a weird conflict with the network plug in installing.

how do I check if the plugin installed and what version it is?

Not questioning your problem.

I did go install the new plug-in and it worked fine for me. Including starting a new print.

I updated also & haven’t had a problem…A1 Mini.
I have sent prints & sent print plate without any issues.

If you “Send” the prints to the printer, check your SD card as it may be the issue and need to be reformatted or replaced. If you are “Print Plate” then you transfer the prints to the printer cache and this would not apply.

Edit - Reread your post and it seems the “Print Plate” is indeed the problem you’re having and it’s not related to the SD card.

I would perform a Factory Reset as that seems to clear up a lot of of the weird unexplained issues people have.

I reset the printer and reinstalled Studio and still stuck with the latest network plugin. Guess I got Bambo’ozled ahahahah

I am having this problem and tried factory reset reinstalled bambu studio reformated sd card still havnt cracked it any more suggestions would be welcome.

Since it looks like an SSL warning this sounds like a network issue, probably not directly related to the printer although maybe caused by the update. It sounds like the Bambu software is having a problem validating the SSL certificate on Bambu’s cloud servers when it tries to connect to their cloud to send the print (or it could be the printer when it tries to retrieve the print) - first thing is always to try the old turn it off and turn it on again by rebooting your PC.

Security software running on PC’s likes to get in the way of SSL connections sometimes so the next thing I would suggest is temporarily disabling any firewall or anti-virus type software on the machine running Bambu studio and seeing if the issue persists. If you have unusual security software running on your router then you may need to temporarily disable it there instead/as well. If that doesn’t make any difference then don’t forget to turn it back on after.

The alternative is to try and run Bambu studio in “LAN mode” which bypasses the Bambu cloud - it’s a bit of a pain but the instruction here are pretty detailed: Enabling LAN mode on Bambu printers
