My X1C kept showing it went offline every time I sent a print to it. I finally had to reboot my whole WiFi system to include the router and range extender. It was so frustrating. Since the reboot I haven’t had any issues.
Same thing here, sometimes BBS just says “Disconnected from network” but printer still is printing, then, I have to restart the router, BBS, and the wi-fi extender, and oh yeah, a new different access code…Wish we had ethernet on these printers.
Also, when sending a print from BBS to printer, it says disconnected, but it isn’t, this is just a feature to get me to jump up, run across the house, and check…
The other error I’m seeing is a ‘Server Exception’ when a print completes. There’s a ‘Check the status’ link, which shows everything being ‘operational’.
The downside is the “Don’t show again” checkbox doesn’t seem to last across multiple instances of Studio. If you quit and start again the error comes back.

A1 here on wifi to a D-Link WAG102 Access Point, ZTE internet router.
Win11 laptop and Win11 HP PC, BS ver 1.10.x will not connect. My M2 MAC
mini does connect?? so it’s not the A1. Noting, the PC and laptop ask for an IP address
as well as the access code, the M2 MAC does not.
Revert to Ver 1.9.x and both laptop and PC can connect.
Always, “ping” shows no packet loss.
