New A1 Base and Frame misalignment

Hi, new user to Bambu 3d printers here, finally upgrading after a long stint with my old ender3. I might have run into a problem during assembly shown below:

My printer’s base housing seems to be refusing to sit flush with the printer frame on the left side where the X-axis motor lies. I have tried ensuring no wires are crimped by plastics and metals but nothing seems to help. When i apply force to try to get them to align, there is no play and the 2-3mm misalignment persists.

Would appreciate any help possible. Cheers!

Did you find a solution for this? Same problem here

The tech tickets basically told me to use the printer as is - its working so far, it just doesn’t sit right with me.

Hi.
Same here. Z-axis frame totally out of the corner.
Took a ticket already, waiting for an answer.
