Hello everyone, I received my first 3D printer yesterday and when setting it up I got an error “The toolhead is malfunctioning. please restart the device” when the calibration starts. Restarting didn’t help and unfortunately re-plugging the USBC didn’t help either. Any ideas? Is the USB cable perhaps defective?

Yes, in my Case IT was the usb c cable Just contact the Support they will send a new on. Befor Control If the cable is correct plugged in.

- Check that all cables are plugged in correctly
2.If all cables are plugged in correctly and the error still exists, contact customer service and describe the problem, they will help you further but you have to be patient, it may take a while until you get an answer.
in my case it was the USB c cable after I replaced it everything worked without problems
