New adjustments in tolerances after upgrading to BS 2.0?

Hello community! I apologize in advice if this topic has already been addressed and of course you can forward me to the right thread should that be the case.

I’ve been noticing some changes in printing tolerances after upgraded to Bambu Studio 2.0. Many previous models, including some of my own, that I have been printing without any issues and great tolerances have now been getting to tight e.g. hinges fusing, parts not moving anymore etc. No changes have been made to my choice of filament but this has definitely been a very apparent and annoying change since switching.

Anyone else experiencing these changes or maybe advise on how to avoid this?
I really do not want to go back over my uploaded work and re-design all models, nor do I wish bad reviews starting to show up due to a change in software that I have no influence over. Bare in mind I am relatively new to the Bambu Lab printing community so it may have been an oversight in settings on my part?

Thank you in advance for your time, comments and advice!

Have you checked if any default print settings, such as flow rate or wall compensation, were altered after upgrading to Bambu Studio 2.0? It might be worth comparing your previous settings to see if anything changed. Also, have you tried adjusting the horizontal expansion or clearance settings to see if it helps with the tight tolerances?

I shall deep dive into Bambu Studio to see if I can find the culprit :ok_hand:
