It took 2 weeks for me to finally get a response to the ticket - but only 2 days when I used the new support robot.

Have Not found that one yet.

FYI - got the replacement parts today. It was the hub, not the motor.

Well, I got sent a replacement hub motor and mainboard, but no hub. I replaced the motor and mainboard and the issue remains. Back to support I go.

Bummer. Hopefully they’ll get you the hub soon.
