I really do not want to shut down my PC since I have 3 TinkerCad windows open and am days in to drafts… It will make it impossible to back up in the project steps and in all probability make days of work go up in smoke…
I have rebooted the printer once, I will do it again.
I also closed BambuStudio and restarted the software, but i’ll close it down again and restart BS
To send to the printer directly, instead of selecting “Print plate”, select “Send” in the drop-down. Then go to the files on the printer itself and the file will be there - you can then select it to print.
Dear BambuLab why the file via cloud service to the printer.
Just with the same functionality with Studio via lan / wifi to the printer.
Everyone happy !!
Don’t select “Print plate”. Select the drop down arrow to the left of “Print plate” and choose “Send” instead. The cloud was down before I updated firmware, so now I am properly printing with the updated firmware - just have to send to the printer directly until they fix the cloud.
In contrast to all those complaining, kudos to the team! Firmware upgrade worked smoothly, printing works without any issue and the new filament configuration option for single spools besides the AMS is really a nice feature! Highly appreciated! Many thanks and keep up the good work!
But I did, is the file not transfered yet? It’s been 40 mins since I tried “Send” the first time?
Appreciate you trying to help a mate out
My microSD card adapter seems to have croaked in impeccable fashionable timing…
Otherwise, do you just hit export sliced plate and navigate to the microusb adapting microSD?
Yes, the cloud it down so Print Plate will sent the file to the cloud but not down to the printer.
Using the cloud as proxy by default is nice for folks being able to remotely print and not have to worry about the network configuration.
The Send option should find you printer and send the file to the printer and you need to go to the printer and go to sdcard to click print. I needed to type in the IP address of the printer and confirm the LAN code was accurate then go to the printer to say print.
