Yes, I agree. I also did not want a 3D printer to tinker. I have expected one that works without doing warranty work yourself.

You may want to return it ASAP. Save the months and months of never ending repairs. I am asking for a refund now. I am just so tired of it!

We are giving up. It was not my choice to get started. My wife wanted to but I am forced to be Bambu Labs onsite repair service with no compensation other then frustration. Fortunately she’s giving up on it because I refuse to work on their junk anymore. She has no plans to try again until someone comes out with a machine that works and does not expect the end user to do warranty repair.
