With the change of seasons here in Minnesota (and a very wet spring) I have started getting adhesion issues. Solution; continue scrubbing wi dawn dish soap, use alcohol wipes after scrubbing, added Bambu glue (green liquid type) $16 dollars a bottle, added outside brim when possible. Combination seems to have corrected the problem.
With so many issues and probably high humidity levels as well:
You can by powder refill packs for the liquid glue, dirt cheap too.
Just mix with water, preferably distilled water.
To save quite a lot on the glue:
Your cleaning routine with soap followed by alcohol is great!
But consider getting or cutting a small sponge to glue onto a simple handle.
I apply a far too generous coat of liquid glue onto the plate, then I use the sponge to even it out.
With the sponge slightly MOIST, not dripping wet it will remove most of the glue and only leaves a very thin layer.
Next time I need to freshen up the plate, like after printing some models covering the same areas, I just moisten the sponge again and wipe the plate.
You see a whitish layer forming that quickly vanishes.
I found the ideal consistency of glue is reached if you can just manage to get the entire plate white with a few quick strokes.
One glue stick application on the plate lets me re-use the sponge at least 10 times until I have to add a little bit, indicated by struggling to make the plate look hazy no matter how moist the sponge is…
My last flue bottle is now about 30 rolls old and still more than 3 quarters full…
Or, and I’m being sincere, you could dry your filament.
