I have 3 X1C’s that cannot do an update, and the screen says: Firmware Failed and restart again. These are not new printers. They have been a workhorse since the beginning of the year. Network connections are solid, and I have 1G up and down. This has happened on all three; now I have a work stoppage. Is anyone else having these issues?
