New Firmware now it homes every layer

Just ran a 4 part run and i noticed that its lowering the bad and coming to front right at the end of every layer. Adding a LOT of time. Never done this in the 3 months i’ve been running the printer until i updated to the latest firmware today.

No camera installed, I was wondering if it might be trying to do a timelapse. I have never clicked the checkbox for it.

anyone one else having similar issue?

Check the settings in Bambu Studio:

If Timelapse setting is set to “Smooth”, maybe this is the reason. If the printer will record a timelapse is defined on the printing dialog. But maybe, the “Smooth” setting leads to the homing after every layer.

No it was not. Also I do not use time lapse it was turned off.
