Hi, the new keychain maker is nice, but is there an option to print them with a 0mm image width? So with the keychain’s image touching the textured plate?

I’m not quite sure what you mean.
Having beta tested this feature, the model is already laid flat against the build plate. You’re customizing the thickness, colors and scale (X&Y) of the keychain.
If you’re mean, are you able to lay the top side - flat on the build surface. I’d suggest you simply rotate or select the “Build Face Surface” button in the tabs to correctly orientate the model to your liking.

Of course you can lay the model however you want. But if you want to have a hook for the key and then print the model upside down, the hook is not there. You have to work with support. That’s not nice. The hook should be exactly as thick as the model. I would like to point out that this should be changed. Has no one noticed this yet? 
On the cover photo of Image to Keychain you can see how it should be. But it’s not possible in the program.
I like the keychain maker but feel it needs a few things to be truly great. I keep having trouble with delamination on the double sided prints. I wish we could add a mid layer option for double sided prints.
How long is it taking people to download their created file? I have had one sitting for about 12 hours saying preparing file. I am pretty certain shouldn’t be this long. But thought I would ask. Trying to get the 3MF incase that makes a difference if anyone has found.
Any help would be great.

I assume you are wanting to print a keychain with no background. I just found a free app called remove bg. Look for remove.bg I just made a key fob of a dogs head. it’s exactly the shape of that dog’s head.
Mere seconds for me. I’ve just starting using this tool today, so maybe there were issues in the past that have since been fixed.
