Opened up and followed instructions. Got to the point where we need to power on and begin calibration, plugged in flipped switch on the back here a fan whir up for a second then stop, a red LED can be seen in the back left corner that turns off and on occasionally nothing comes up on LCD screen(which was doubled checked for proper installation) rather disappointing and anticlimactic first day with this. Any tips or advice I checked the troubleshooting and led me down a dead end.
Open up a support ticket, they will help you quickly.

I’ll update that we were able to self solve this problem. The 4 pin connector on the MC Board was not fully seated. The wiki for Black/flickering screen troubleshooting helped.
