one guy posted a screenshot where they just warned him to get real pics up by oct 9th. they took no action. yet mine got deleted. I was able to re upload the print profiles but it seems they’re not as active. they’re all Halloween stuff so maybe its just slowed down.
I finally got a reply:

Sometimes, slight differences in the timing of profile creation or updates can lead to misunderstandings. For example, at the time of processing, XXXXX’s profile may have been at a specific intersection of rules or within a data fluctuation range, and that user may have received a reminder about new profile rules and promptly added real-life photos. Conversely, your profile was taken down according to the established review process at that time.
The only issue with this is my print profile was uploaded at the beginning of February, while the other user’s upload was at the end of March. This means my upload was done almost two months before theirs, and yet my print profile was deleted. making the reply I got false.
