Setting up a brand new A1, printer does not show up in bambu studio and the printer will not generate a six digit pin code.
Help me please…
This setup seems very much unnecessary and cumbersome
Setting up the A1 Mini (if I remember right), it was a QR Code you scanned with your phone (should be the same for the A1).
Also, you must use the same email (username) for Bambu & Bambu Studio.
I’ve had a tier time up plus 2 for ~10 years, you plug it in, it works.
I hate QR codes. I don’t want it connected to a server. I’m happy to carry the sd card for now (will that work?). But how do I set up ABS (have several rolls) does that just save to the card and become available on the printer screen?
Yes, if you “Export Plate Sliced File” it will save as gcode.
