I upgraded to the latest version and lost all of my presets, is this because the cloud is down? Or will this be a regular thing every time we upgrade? It’s incredibly annoying as I took a lot of time creating those material presets.
I think you just have to restart the Bambu Studio once, for the custom profiles to reappear (per what other users have reported).
That is like the 3rd thread about the same problem. Please use the search function before starting a thread that already exists twice…
