The lack of any photos showing compatibility for other printer ranges or mention of this in the description or text on the photos made me think it is only supported by the only model shown in the photos.
This is the web page, that doesn’t show any other printer, doesn’t add it as a feature or in the description and hides it under the ‘fold’.
A good start, but woefully restricted.
Only works with one printer range, it must use an AMS HT, can only use one nozzle of the printers supported.
Too many printers from other companies have recently been released that have motor assist loading without an AMS in the mix.
There needs to be a unit (like this) that can be mounted using printable mounts to any of the Bambu Lab range and not require any housing on the spool.
It is not mandatory to use the AMS-HT - we recommend it because you will probably want to keep your TPU dry and away from moisture.
But an external spool holder can also be used.

That is not a recommendation, it is a requirement.
Either you are wrong or your marketing materials are wrong.
If there is middle ground, tell people, otherwise it is a stated requirement.

Update, it does support all models, they lack of any photos showing this confused the situation.
- The TPU Feed Assist Module must be used with an external spool holder . AMS automatic loading/unloading is not supported ; only manual feeding via the AMS HT TPU outlet is supported.
It refers to the fact that you cannot use the automated feeding of the AMS-HT. It relies on the TPU outlet.
We will improve the wording to make it clearer.

The compatibility confusion was on me, it does state all models.
What threw me was the photos, they only show the h series printer.
Without any variety in those, it makes it look like a single range of printers is supported.

Shame there is no compatibility for left nozzle multi material printing.
This would have been a great pairing for the h2c used on the left nozzle (after firmware update ofc), and using the right vortek nozzles for other materials.

And @SupportAssistant , is there going to be a HF nozzle for the p2s?
@SupportAssistant I assume this has been tested and proven with all existing BL TPU filaments including the 85A.
Has it been tested on filaments softer than 85A? I have a roll from another brand that’s very soft (could be 75A or even 70A because it feels not much stiffer than rubber band ). I got a clog from using that on X1C and that roll has not been used ever since.
One of my first questions was minimum hardness. Someone in the other thread found this, though it would good to put on the product page since it’s kinda buried now.
According to https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/troubleshooting/tpu-feed-assist-module#c-the-hardness-of-the-filament-is-not-up-to-standard-and-the-extruder-cannot-be-extruded-normally: “TPU with a hardness below 85A needs to be replaced, and the official bambu Lab filament should be used to ensure reliable feeding.”

The TPU Feed Assist Module appears to ship from China rather than the U.K. warehouse.
The same may be true for the US as well. I have an LA USPS acceptance pending. There is a warehouse there. The tracking though shows only acceptance pending so I’m guessing they’re enroute or similarly shipped directly from China.
