Where do I go to take the "New user tutorial? I’ve been trying to figure this out for a couple hours now, but I have had no luck. Does anyone know how or where I do this?

I love the irony that new users have to work this out, I never remember being told where this tutorial was, I had to google and stumble on it.
New users - your first task is to cross the mine field and then we give you the basic instructions.

That is the second trust level bump and the first tutorial is never shared with users, at least not in my history of messages.
You will note it says advanced tutorial, I received that and went through it.

In fact, I completed the advanced tutorial before I even knew there was a basic tutorial.
