Soooooo new to this.
I have never used a 3d printer before.
I’ve been trying to print a mask and it’s been terrible.
I keep getting lines, stringy line and it also just purges purges purges.
Here is an example of what I am trying to explain.
Any help or you tube video or anything.
Oo and a part came broken on the ams. The spool and can’t find on where to get that fixed or buy a new spool holder.
So lost.

While my first instinct was to ask you to dry your filament (without a dryer, you can set the heat bed to the recommended temp, put it on the bed, use half a cardboard box to trap the heat, flip the roll over after half the recommended time, wait until time has passed => done) there may be more to it.

Can you provide some pic’s of the broken part and set-up? I myself do not have an A1 but there are plenty others on the forum who can help.

Addendum: On the European Bambu Lab shop there’s an A1 spool holder available for €3,99 under Spare parts → Other.
US shop $2,99

I think this is what you are looking for. In the US shop it is listed under spare parts and you select AMS Lite to find it.
If it is just one of the arms on the spool, you can get those separately
