I’m finding that if I open Studio/Orca fresh, do the resync first - it usually works fine. I’ll then import/drag-drop the file into Studio/Orca, if its a 3mf file I’ll do another resync as I’m seeing it happen on downloaded 3mf’s more often.
Of course if this doesn’t resolve the issue then the other recommendations on this thread would be the answer.
