Ninjatek Cheetah 95A X1C

I’ve been trying to print with Ninjatek Cheetah 95A TPU from the side spool on the X1C. Every attempt leads to a clogged nozzle, and pretty early into the print. I cut it, clean it with cleaning filament, and reload it to try again. This process is slow going, and I’m having trouble seeing if I’m moving in the right direction. Does anyone have confirmed working values for this filament?

Thank you, warm regards,
Ben

hi Ben, last Night i have printed Cheetah-TPU with Bambu-TPU-A95 Filament settings. no problems, only a lot stringing.
In general, I’ve noticed that the dust on the filament rolls increasingly leads to clogged nozzles, which is why I store the rolls in vacuum bags when I don’t need them.

kind regards
Peter

Thanks @Lusbueb, I appreciate you reporting back. I’ve had a lot more luck on the Prusa MK4 with TPU. I think the X1C isn’t really optimized for TPU. It would be cool to get it working, but there needs to be changes in the extruder path, the extruder gearing, the mating between the extruder and the heat break, the AMS, and the shape of the ends of the PTFE tubes. Glad it’s working for you though!
