Hello,
Was anyone able to successfully print Ninjatek hard TPUs 95 to 75D with the AMS?
I would also like to check if their spools fit without an issue.
They’re about 73-75mm wide.
Thanks in advance.

No one? Come on guys.
This wiki tells you everything you need to know about what fits and what works.

Short answers:
Never printed tpu with AMS
Wiki says dont go over 68mm wide on spools. The ones i have are less than 68mm. Oem BL spools and one Esun pla+ spool they work great.
Thanks Barry. Maybe harder TPU will be Ok but the size limitation on the spool width will be an issue for me.
All I print is Harder TPU 95+ and I am trying to determine if the AMS will work for my application.
You can try this for wider spools.

I have not done this but it looks like fun.
I tried TPU in the AMS and it didn’t go well, ended up getting bunched up badly within the AMS and I had to take the unit apart. I can’t remember if 95 or 98a. I do have some 98 fillamentum tpu that feels pretty rigid, I may give that another try some time. I also got some ninjatek armadillo to try too, good chance that stuff will work.
Great, Please let me know how that goes. I haven’t bought one yet.
Thanks. Yes, I am aware of it but it’s a lot of work to put one in.
So I moved to another filament manufacturer and their spools width is between 68-69.5mm I know Bambu’s AMS specification mentions a spool width of up to 68mm.
Do you think it will still work or I should hold off on getting the AMS. I appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you
Were you able to try the TPU 95A and armadillo as well?
