Hey not sure if you have more than 1 BL printer but if you have enabled “Multi Device Management” then i have found that you have to:
Click on the Multi-Device tab
Select “View” on the printer you want - This will bring you to the device tab with that printer selected
Click Multi-Device tab again, click on View for the printer you want
Then you can go to Prepare and click on “synchronize filaments from AMS” and it should work.
If that is not you issue then power the printer down and unplug the AMS, power system back on and when its ready to print plug the AMS cable back in.
Of course, make sure your cables a plugged in properly
