No contact from support team - A1 Recall and hot end issues

Posting here as I hope to maybe hear from the Bambu Labs support team.

At the beginning of the whole recall situation my A1 has clogged itself during a print and damaged the hot end and now prevents it from being removed or heated up. I submitted a ticket to see if there was anything that could be done but after 2 weeks of no response I opted to take a return and within 24 hours I finally got a reply and the ticket was just closed because I had opted for a return.

Kinda rubbed me the wrong way as I really like the printer (for the week it worked) and I just wanted to know if it was something that could be covered under warranty since my bed cable was not damaged.

Fast forward to 2/18/24 and I submitted a new request to see if they could warranty of the extruder assembly and if so I’d like to keep the printer and wait for the fix instead. Radio silent since that day still. I understand if they tell me no to covering warranty and just returning the printer but I don’t want to return if there is any chance to fix my unit.

I REALLY want to remain a Bambu Labs customer and am 100% fine with repairing anything on the unit. I have dealt with the Creality K1 for those familiar with that messy launch and had replacement parts within a week of contacting their service team (I understand the bed issue is not a 1:1 comparison). I Just want to finally hear from the support team and hope that posting here may get me something.

I have been a huge supporter/Fan of Bambu Labs. I run a print Farm and replaced all my printers with Bambu Lab X1C and A1’s. So I have spent well over $20k with Bambu so Far and my intention was to buy more printers and grow my Farm. However I am now loosing all trust and confidence in Bambu Labs. (which is very sad because I was a raving Fan of them and telling everyone how great they are) I replaced the heat beds on all my A1 Printers and as they requested sent them photos of all the work done, (twice now) this was 18 days ago !!! Their email to me stated they will send me the Voucher codes within 2 business days. for 18 DAYS NOW !!! nothing, nutta, zero and I mean zero response from Bambu labs !!! How on Earth can I run a business using Bambu Products when they simply DO NOT RESPOND !!! Honestly how hard is it to send a voucher code? I need more printers and AMS units but refuse to buy them until I get my codes as promised. I just hope this is not the START of the END for Bambu Labs.
