I ordered something last week for Eur 182,- and paid no shipping costs.
The line that says it is free over Eur 55,- ist still there…
But when it comes to check-out, it adds 18,- for shipping to Austria.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I cant reproduce your problem on my side. I logged me in and added 2 spools of PAHT-CF… i would get the free shipping to Switzerland.
But I had a similar problem in the past. The shop showed me last time the German VAT of 19%, but VAT should not show up at the checkout for orders from Switzerland. After logout and clearing cookies and cache of the browser, the problem was solved.
I ordered here in the UK yesterday and free shipping is still working over £45
