No preview

When I use Bambi studio and slice a design, the preview page does not show anything, this is something new., worked fine until now. I already updated my printer ( x1. Carbon) and Bambu studio to the latest Version. What am i missing?

Filament is pla, same issue with various designs found on makerworld. I am using bambu studio on a MacBook, all software latest version. Regardless what i am trying to print, After slicing ( in bambu studio) the preview page in bambu studio remains blank/empty. I can print from the prepare page but never get the preview page. This was working fine untill recently. Not sure if it is related to the recent updates from bambu studio and my printer. I did not change any settings .

Did you try to uninstall Bambu Studio and install it again? A friend of mine had yesterday another issue and this have helped him.
