Hey MakerWorld think its time you hire someone to look over people account and start removing all these models that have been uploaded with no printed Picture of the model. Your fast to jump on the people that have thousands of downloads for doing but your not so fast when it comes to all these new MakerLab files that people are just uploading without printing just for the sake of getting points for them its a right joke and really not fair on the designer that put the work in and do the right thing. Get your act together.
We have pushed for this before, they do not appear to be interested.
They work on reports from the community.
If you spot any that break the rules, report them. You may not be told of the outcome if someone else reported it before you.
Remember the rules change often and MakerWorld doesn’t provide a change log (I have no idea why as it would greatly improve things). Something you think may be breaking the rules may have been uploaded before the rules changed, thus not subject to the rules.
yeah i agree. the platform is becoming so saturated with the ai generated near unprintable slop that people didnt even have the decency to attempt printing before publishing. I feel like its inhibiting the exposure of other small creators at that and making it hard to gain traction.
