After turning on LAN Only Mode my printer is no longer listed in either My Device or Other Device.
Both my PC running the Bambu Studio and my printer is on the same network 192.168.10.xxx.
Could someone please shed some lights on what I need to do?

Try to add Bambu Studio as an exception to your firewall.
If you have bound your printer to your BambuLab account you will need to log out of your account in BambuStudio.
As to Firewall I agree with Goomber … A lot of firewalls limit the ability of applications to accept inbound connections by default. BambuStudio supports LAN mode by listening for the printers discovery broadcasts, this in turn requires any Firewall to be set to allow BambuStudio to accept inbound traffic.
Thanks for the advice.
I did find that my ESET firewall was blocking the traffic - It’s all working now
Just switched my X1C over to LAN only mode, everything was going well adding it through Bambu Studio until the very end where it said ‘Adding printer, window will close later’ (something like that) then nothing happened.
Turns out BS was blocked by the windows firewall, after adding it as an exception it picked up the printer right away. Thanks for the solution!
Great, thanks, this comment also helped me, BS couldn’t find my printer, yet Orca had no trouble.
